Rainbow Sandals will repair or replace your sandals against manufacturing defects, if a problem occurs before either the bottom sole or top sole wear into the middle layer of foam anywhere on the sandals. Attempted self-repairs will automatically void the manufactures warranty.

These styles are guaranteed for a period of six months against manufacturing defects
Proof of purchase required: Comfort Classics, Eastcape, The Cloud, Holoholo, Islander, Mariner, Mocca Loaf, Mocca Shoe, Navigator, North Cove, South Cove, Bula Bay, Avalon, Bella, Calafia, The Cloud Collection, Cottons, Delilah, Escape, Flirty Braidy ( leather),  Gala, Islander, Lola, Marley, Sandiva, Tango, T-Street leather, T-Street Hemp, West Cape, Kid Capes, Kids Delilah, Grombows, Kids Sandiva, Kids Sophia, Baja Boots (12 months)

Manufacturing defects include:

• Straps pulling out (entire original strap must be intact, no torn or missing material)
• Layers Delaminating
• Stitching coming apart (the box X stitch on leather or hemp straps)

Instances that are not considered manufacturing defects:

• Torn Straps
• Dog chew
• Gouged /ripped material
• Cuts, slashes, burns etc.
• Cracked Leather /Cracked rubber /materials
• Water/Sun Damage
• Oil/Petroleum/lotion Delamination
• Worn through layers/ Missing materials/ Wear and Tear

Please be advised that if your sandals have any of the above non covered issues the manufacturer’s warranty is immediate voided (regardless if a true defect is present.)
